Malaysia enjoys having large acreage of lands. The lands in Malaysia are often developed into living area where building and properties are everywhere. Thus, instead of having plenty of high rises which have overwhelmed the demand, the lands can be put into a better use and community club is one of the examples.

Hence, our design team would like to propose a design regrading community centre that will combine the concept of sports as well as natural. This community centre will emphasize on the experience of doing exercise in a natural environment. The other mission of our design is to promote the concept of health and exercise while also enjoying nature. Substantially, the design concept is setting as embrace followed by the movement of Art Deco and Modernism.

On the other hand, our design can tackle problem of pressure, which has become a large part of our lives. Due to lack of community centre in Malaysia, most Malaysians can only seek decompression method in a busy city or uninteresting suburbs. Therefore, we need some community club to cheer up our life. With certain design, the community club might even enhance the environment and atmosphere.

Besides, our community centre can be located not only in natural-kind-of environment, it can be fit in urban as well. With such a contemporary looks, it can be fit into any of the landscape. The communication centre will not look awkward but to enhance the environment or landscape.
